Entering year 7, the Monon Food Company planned to open a new downtown location with a focus on the weekday warrior. This called for a re-brand to leverage their current location/fan base yet also identify with their future customers’ needs. And therefore, MOFOCO was born.

Through customer journey mapping and insights, we identified the new brand traits that would resonate with this specific customer. With clear messaging, the communication strategy activated the brand when and where potential MOFOCO customers were searching for better food options.
