After years of evolving, adding and augmenting services, Damar faced a digital brand crisis. Their expansive and cutting-edge services and approach were not being readily or widely recognized. Damar experienced a need to create cohesion while increasing their brand presence and awareness in an effort to better demonstrate their thought leadership and expand abilities to provide valuable services and treatment to people challenged by autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities and related behavioral challenges. PLAID applied our approach to ultimately unite their 7+ sub-domains into one singular brand voice. We leveraged customer insights and storytelling through visuals, tools and messaging – fully elevating Damar’s powerful mission and vision. Eventually, we activated a surround sound digital campaign that could effectively reach Damar’s extensive (yet contrasting) target audiences. The long-term results have been tremendous.
