PLAID conducted comprehensive research of customer buying behaviors with subsequent testing. The phrase “DO MORE” provided Scooch a rally cry that comprehensively incorporated its brand promise and created a multifaceted campaign including :30 television spot advertisements, packaging, Web site, and billboards to boost awareness and highlight the brand’s mission.
